Loyal Grove Leisure currently service and maintain around 60 flume installations per year.  Our standard service briefly comprises:-

Inspect complete riding surface
Minor gelcoat repairs as necessary
Repair/replace joint mastic caulking as necessary
Clean and descale riding surface
Wax polish riding surface
Carry out visual inspection only of support wires and steelwork (if applicable)
Test and hand back ready for public use
Issue by post our standard service maintenance certificate

We also specialise in the replacement of old and corroded flume suspension wires and rods with proof tested galvanised wire rope assemblies.
Refurbishment of existing installations including repair and painting of supports.
Staircase/landing replacement with modular GRP straight or spiral stairs.
Flume reline.
Refurbishment of existing steel staircase (if condition allow) including repainting and fitting Loyal Grove non slip GRP overtreads.
Technical and consultant services.
Design and Construct packages.
