Loyal Grove Leisure have probably the largest available stock of flume moulds in Europe.
We are able to replace most flumes complete like for like or individual sections as necessary depending on the condition of the existing installation.
We are also able to refurbish the riding surface of existing by applying a good quality gelcoat surface to the riding line or by fitting thin GRP factory made laminates to the riding surface.
Both methods provide a smooth revitalised surface which extends the lifetime of the flume.
The exterior of the flume can also be refurbished and/or themed to give a brighter appearance. Flume support steelwork painted with a 2-pack epoxy paint system.
We are able to carry out inspections of GRP and steel supports and submit a report and recommendations.
